The genesis of the App took place during Covid. Our founders met regularly to discuss our views on the impact of the Pandemic on the UK commerical real estate industry.

Using Natural Language Processing ('NLP') we determined whether these views were of positive, negative or neutral sentiment

Using the latest data science technology, we created our user friendly and interactive App to present and analyse sentiment.

Since the Apps launch in 2021 we began to share the App amongst our contacts in the UK property industry.

The feedback has been so positive that we decided to formally launch the App to a wider audience.
